Welcome to our property rental website.  This site has been set up for family & friends only.  We recently purchased a vacation home on Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH.  As much as we'd like to, we can't possibly use every week during the summer.  So, in order to help cover our yearly taxes and some of the expenses, we've decided to offer weekly summer rentals to our family and friends.  Please click on the link below for availability & more information about this rental property.

Our summer home is located approximately 250 yards from the association's 345' private sandy beach & common area and is conveniently adjacent to the beach access road. The home was built for "year round" occupancy and features 3 Bedrooms, 1-3/4 Baths, fully applianced kitchen, dinning area, living room, adjacent family room, and a 20x20 glass atrium.

The home's plumbing & electrical has been recently upgraded.  We replaced all windows in 2006.  This home features hardwood floors and knotty pine interior walls and trim.  The kitchen is fully stocked with plates & utensils, pots and pans and other comforts of home.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and adjacent tiled 3/4 bath. The Guest Bedroom has a double bed and closet.  The Last Bedroom has twin bunk beds and closet plus an adjacent 3 season family room with 2 couches.  Finally, spend the warm summer nights under the stars in the comfort of the 20x20 Glass Atrium that's directly off the Living Room.

Other amenities include:  TV, DVD player, outside deck, washer & dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans in each room, AC in Living Room & Master Bedroom, 345' private association beach, 345' grassy common area, picnic tables, guest parking lot, water raft, and temporary dock access (loading & unloading only).

Rates

• Weekly Rental Rate:  $900  (Saturday to Saturday) - plus a $300 security deposit
  $500 deposit required to hold week and is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  $400 balance plus the refundable  $300 security deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. ($700)
  
• Weekend Rental Rate:  $300 (Friday to Sunday) - plus a $300 security deposit
  $150 deposit required to hold weekend and is refundable up to 10 days prior to your arrival date.
  $150 balance plus the refundable $300 security deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival date. ($450)
  *Extended Weekend Rental - $150 per additional night stay
  

Restrictions
No pets, No smoking, 6 person maximum occupancy due to septic size restrictions
No fires of any kind on or around premise, All debris/trash to be removed from property upon departure
